Purposes and legal bases
Requested quotes and bookings are handled as pre-contractual steps at your request; providing the service is based on the contract. Optional measurement storage is based on consent. Website security relies on the legitimate interest in preventing abuse, balanced against your rights.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting uses Lovable and Cloudflare infrastructure. Google receives requests when Tag Manager loads. WhatsApp/Meta processes contact through WhatsApp; Maps and Instagram links open external services. Connection data may include IP address, browser and requested page. Providers may process data outside the EEA; we do not claim any specific unconfirmed transfer safeguard.
Withdraw consent
Change or withdraw optional categories in Cookie preferences without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Refusal does not prevent requesting a quote or booking by phone or WhatsApp.

Data we process
This site has no forms or user accounts.
If you message us on WhatsApp or call, we process the data you give us (for example name, number, vehicle details and message content) to reply, prepare a quote and manage your appointment.
WhatsApp buttons open the app with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent until you press send. WhatsApp is a WhatsApp/Meta service with its own privacy policy.
Measurement
Optional analytics and advertising storage depends on the categories you accept. Google Tag Manager always downloads with initially denied signals; compatible tags may send cookieless requests before your choice. See the cookie policy.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations.
